Signal Hill Canadian Whisky (700mL)

The Signal Hill Distillery produces a style of blended Canadian Whisky that combines full-flavoured pot-distilled malted barley whisky with light and aromatic column-distilled corn whisky, resulting in a whiskey with character and smoothness. Slowly matured in the cool climate, using a combination of new white oak casks and first-fill ex-bourbon casks and non-chill filtered to retain all the complex flavours.
